How many hours per week are required?
We care less about the hours and more about the activity. You will be required to meet your minimum activity levels of finding and adding new accounts to the database. Our minimum expectation is that you will add 2,800 new accounts, over the 14 weeks of summer (200 per week) and 1,520 over the remaining 38 weeks (40 per week). On average it takes 5 minutes to find and add an account. Additionally, you will need to make yourself available for customer support for your accounts as needed.
What hours do I have to be available?
From an “adding accounts” perspective we care less about what hours/days you work, rather are your activity levels being met or exceeded. Provided you attain your requirements, you will be in control of the hours you keep. Regarding customer support, your target audience will primarily be owner/operators who do not keep traditional hours. You will need to be available to address any support questions that may come up from time to time from the businesses in your territory.
What does an average workday look like?
You will be given an online calendar to manage your time and you will need to be available for customer support, which they can schedule online. Additionally there will be training and educational courses that you will need to review from time to time. Also, you will need to allocation the time required to find and add your weekly account minimums. There is much flexibility in the workday.
How will I be paid?
You will be paid $3,333 per month, paid -biweekly, for June, July, August. The 5% commissions will be calculated on or about the first of each month and paid on or about the 15th of each month. All required statutory deductions will be deducted at source.
Is there a training program?
Yes, there is an extensive training program with certification, as well as ongoing community learning among your peers and informational training sessions that will be delivered periodically.
